I will summarize it in less complicated terms:

• We used to be able to control the story – not any more. We used to have 12 core lobby correspondents  that we would sell the party line to. Now you have 1 moment to “SHAPE THE STORY”, once a story is published anyone can respond.
• The media is globalized so one government can not control the story.
• Trust in FACT, or in other words – Our Story, has been hugely undermined – Sure you main stream media has been publishing more and more lies – no one believes them anymore.
• In many places ‘experts’ are attacked as elites – They all follow the party line to be part of the ‘ELITE’ so yea?
• We are facing at the moment reputation deficit – Right – stop lying to the public.
• Trust in Politics and Government has undermined for Good Reasons or Wrong Reasons – I would say Good Reasons.
• When you answer the media with the information you have, by the time it is broadcast, somebody has found that the information you gave was wrong.
• The is a rise of Anti Experts, and there is a kickback against perceived elites.

She doesn’t think that the cause is completely lost. I sure hope she is wrong, and we get all the information they are trying to hide.
